Shipping

Dead Cultoure ships orders via USPS.  Orders will be processed within one to two business days and then shipped.  Upon checkout you may choose the type of delivery you require: Express, Priority, etc. and you will be charged accordingly at that time.  You can expect delivery (depending on your location and type of delivery chosen) commensurate with common USPS practice (ie: excludes Sunday delivery).   Items shipped to California will be charged sales tax and orders shipped to other states will be charged according to their local and state tax laws.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of the US will be shipped by UPS.  Choose the type of UPS delivery you desire upon checkout and you will be charged for it at that time.  Delivery time will vary by destination and delivery type chosen.  The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties.  Payment is accepted only in US dollars at this time.

Returns

You may return your items to Dead Cultoure if you receive the wrong size, you received the wrong item, the item was defective in some way, or it is not to your satisfaction for some reason (reason must be stated). Return your product noting the reason for return on the packing slip/invoice.

* Items must be returned unworn, unwashed condition within 30 days of receipt of the product.

* Please specify the reason for the return on the packing slip/invoice.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns or exchanges unless there was a processing error on the part of Dead Cultoure. Please return items in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for its value. Include a copy of the original invoice.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items. Dead Cultoure will notify you by e-mail when your return/exchange is processed.
